Yes we still do have a few customers using the excellent helpdesk 6 from Altiris !
Of course, can't escalate any incident to Symantec support about this EOL product.

On the WINUSER console only, all display correctly, user well identified.
But when click on "Create a new incident"

The Altiris server logs seems showinf normal operation, not error or warning, and answer go back to client...
Local Windows logs on client do not show anything wrong :(
Investigating IIS logs, the logs are exactly if all was OK like others computers correctly creating new ticket !
- Yes: This issue only on a few computers (Hope not a viral planned obsolescence ;-)
- No: any user reproduce the same issue on those same 'faulting' few computers
- Yes: If the faulting user is using another OK computer (the same network) it works !
- (Yes we reboot, same issue)
- Yes: I ask to use Firefox or Chrome instead of IE, and same error !!!
So we do have a workaround: reformat computers and reinstall it...
But it is not a "Solution" !!
We test also the super flush TCP:
C:\Windows\System32>netsh int ip reset .\resetlog.txt
reboot, no way: same issue

Well, I am a pretty stuned this issue: I can ask for capturing Wireshark a bad and a good to compare, but pretty sure to see nothing different from network side.
The computer is break, for all user, no idea where and how !!!!
